This is a beautiful viscose and rayon dress with matching jacket.  Dress is sleeveless, with long-sleeved jacket for over-top. 

Dress will fit bust up to 42 inches, and waist up to 40 inches stretched; sash in the back will cinch to fit a medium-sized woman with a 30 inch waist.  48 inches in length from shoulder seam to hem; 42 inches from neckline to hem.

Skirt is very long, full and flowing with attached handkerchief corner pieces at the hem.  I would call this one size fits many, without a doubt.  (Size tag says "medium".  Fits up to a 12-14 nicely.  The mannequin is about a size 6 with a 25 inch waist, approximately 5'7" and this outfit is loose on her)
