These are the dimensions for the "small": Blouse fits bust up to 42 inches stretched; sash in the back will cinch to fit a petite woman.  25 inches in length from shoulder seam to hem.

Skirt is very full and flowing; length - 37 inches from waist to hem.  Waist band is adjustable with tie string and inner elastic.  Can cinch to a 25 inch waist, rests at 34 inches around, and stretches to 40 inches.  I would call this one size fits many, without a doubt.  (Size tag says small.  Fits up to a 12-14 nicely.  The mannequin is about a size 6 with a 25 inch waist, approximately 5'7" and it fits her well also)
