This is a beautiful viscose skirt and blouse set in Earthy Red from India with gorgeous, intricate embroidery work on both top and skirt. 

V neck button-down blouse fits bust and waist up to 50 inches stretched; sash in the back will cinch to fit a medium-sized woman.  24 inches in length from shoulder seam to hem; 18 inches from V to hem.

Skirt is very long, full and flowing; length - 39 inches from waist to hem.  Waist band is adjustable with tie string and inner elastic.  Can cinch to a 28 inch waist, rests at 34 inches around, and stretches to 50 inches.  I would call this one size fits many, without a doubt.  (Size tag says "free size:.  Fits up to a 12-14 nicely.  The mannequin is about a size 6 with a 25 inch waist, approximately 5'7" and this outfit is loose on her)
